Some games such as Fantasy Star have weird vertical effects in that mode, so for those games I just switched to doubled mode and it looked fine. The display functioned the same as the McWill in everyway. So to see how well it compared to the genuine article, I had both the clone and genuine side by side with the same game in, and there was no noticeable difference to the eye. You can just make out a vertical dividing line. I have tried to compare both screens as accurately as possible. In my honest opinion, the clone is marginally richer colour wise, and this is only noticeable when you can compare both screens playing the same games, side by side. This could be down to a whole host of factors, the batch of displays made, the consoles themselves, install wire length, or simply how the image was rendered with my phone when taking the photo.

I will note, I don't favour either display, hence why I have the options to install either. The important thing to remember is the clone wouldn't exist if not for the hard work involved in creating the genuine article.
