All of the others you show with the intentionally aged cheesecloth like backing have been coming out of Vietnam since the tourists trade re-opened over there.
I second the motion. If you look closely the base material and the thread are most likely synthetic or synthetic blend. During the wartime period you would have been more likely to see cotton or silk, natural materials, being used. These have also been mass produced as opposed to having been made by hand stitching or hand guided sewing machine.
